DEVIL'S ADVOCATE ran to a very high level for an AW maiden winner at Chelmsford in October and representing a stable with a superb record in this race, he's the most persuasive option. Tiberius Thunder ran with enormous credit in the Ballysax Stakes on just his second start and is expected to come on for that, with Trinity College also a key player on form upped in trip.

Shaped very well amidst greenness on debut when third of 7 in maiden at Newmarket (8f, soft, 4/1) in September, the penny dropping late on. Upped to this trip and landed the odds with the minimum of fuss on the AW a month later. Derby entrant who rates a very useful prospect.

Superbly-bred colt who took a huge step forward in first-time blinkers when winning a Galway maiden (8.5f) in September. Acquitted himself well in better company on final 2 juvenile starts and picked up where he left off when making all in a heavy-ground minor event on return. Up in trip.

Sea The Stars colt who confirmed the promise of his debut second at Kempton in August when going one place better at Sandown 3 weeks later, both 1m. Still looked green in the process and type to make a better 3-y-o for his excellent yard. Has an Irish Derby entry.

Highly-promising Night of Thunder colt who made a winning debut in 11-runner maiden at Dundalk (8f, 8/15) in February. Pitched into Group 3 Ballysax Stakes and ran a cracker in third, still looking inexperienced. Limit not yet reached. Derby entrant.

400,000 gns yearling, Frankel colt who looked badly in need of the experience and never got involved when fifth of 7 in maiden at Newmarket (10f, soft) on debut in October. Clearly thought capable of better and much more like it when close second at Doncaster 3 weeks ago. Good sort physically.

Continued theme of big race-by-race progress when landing valuable 14-runner contest at York in October (7f). Upped in grade and matched that form when fifth in the Horris Hill at Newbury final 2-y-o start. Bred to stay well so this trip should be within range.

Improved for the step up to 10f when making second start a winning one at Lingfield in November. Bare form nothing to get excited about but he can go on improving this year.
