Account PIN: explanation and instructions

What is an account PIN?

An account PIN is a 6-digit security code that protects your account.

The PIN adds an extra layer of security in addition to your password. It helps protect your account from:

  • keyloggers
  • phishing attempts
  • unauthorised access

When a PIN is enabled, you must enter it every time you log in.

The PIN is entered using an on-screen keypad. The keypad randomises the number positions each time, which helps prevent someone from tracking your clicks.
