PokerStars log-in alert: "You are already logged in from another computer...."

Why do I see the “You are already logged in from another computer” alert when logging in?

You see the “You are already logged in from another computer” alert when your PokerStars account is active on another device.

You can only be logged in to your account on one device at a time.
If another session is still active, the platform prevents a second login.

This can happen if you:

  • are logged in on another device
  • closed the software without logging out properly
  • recently switched devices
  • still have an active session on the website or app

How to fix the “already logged in” alert

Log out of your PokerStars account on any other device before logging in again.

Follow the steps below.

App (Android or iOS)

  1. Open the app.
  2. Tap ‘Account’.
  3. Tap ‘Logout’.

Website

  1. Open the website.
  2. Select your username or profile icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Select ‘Logout’.

Desktop software (Windows or macOS)

Closing the software automatically logs you out.

If the software is still open on another computer, close it before logging in again.

 

I already logged out but the alert still appears

If you have logged out of all devices but still see the message, the previous session may still be active.

This can sometimes happen after server restarts or interrupted connections.

In this case, contact Support and ask to manually log out all active sessions on your account.

Support can reset the session so you can log in again.
