1. Open the 'Cashier'.
2. Select ‘Deposit’.
3. Select ‘Instant eChecks’.
4. Select your preferred currency, if applicable.
5. Select a suggested deposit amount or enter an amount in the ‘Other’ field.
6. Enter your ‘Deposit Bonus’ code, if available.
7. Select ‘Deposit’.
8. Enter the required banking details.
9. Select the green arrow to proceed.
10. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your deposit.

 

When will my Instant eChecks deposit be credited?

If your PokerStars account is in good standing, your deposit will be credited immediately.

 

When will my bank debit my Instant eChecks deposit?

Your bank will debit the funds within 7 days of your deposit request.

 

Can I withdraw or transfer funds before my bank debits them?

No, the funds cannot be withdrawn or transferred until the bank debits them.

 

How do I withdraw using Instant eChecks?

1. Open the 'Cashier'. 
2. Enter your withdrawal amount.
3. Select ‘Withdraw’.
4. Check whether you have any pending automatic withdrawals.
5. Review the available withdrawal methods for your remaining balance.
6. Select ‘Instant eChecks’ if there are no pending automatic withdrawals.
7. Check your banking details if they are pre-populated.
8. Enter the requested banking details if they are not pre-populated.
9. Confirm that your banking details are correct.
10. Submit your withdrawal request.

You must have deposited using eChecks at least once in the past 12 months.

Instant eChecks will then appear as a withdrawal option in the 'Cashier'.

 

How long does PokerStars take to process my Instant eChecks withdrawal?

PokerStars will process your withdrawal request within 72 hours.

 

When will I receive my Instant eChecks withdrawal?

Your funds will reach your bank account within 10 business days of processing.
